Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t set a minimum order quantity. Whether you need just one piece or a small batch, we can arrange it. The unit price for very small runs is usually higher because material loss, setup time, and programming are similar regardless of quantity, while mass production spreads these costs over more pieces.
For most parts, we provide a quote within 8–24 hours after receiving your drawings and requirements. If the design is complex or requires special processes, it may take a bit longer so we can confirm the best production method and accurate costs. If the process is beyond our machining capability, we’ll let you know right away.
No. Sample costs are calculated based on the specific requirements. The unit price for samples is usually higher than bulk production because material loss, programming, and setup work need to be done regardless of quantity, while in mass production these costs are spread over more parts.
Yes. If you have a physical sample, we can measure it or use 3D scanning to build the 3D model needed for programming. A 2D drawing is fine for quoting, but it’s usually not enough to start production because some details, such as depth or hidden features, are not shown in 2D. If needed, we can help create a 3D model from your 2D drawing or sample.
We can machine both metals and plastics. Common metals include aluminum, brass, stainless steel, carbon steel, and titanium alloys. Common plastics include POM, ABS, nylon, acrylic, and polycarbonate. If you don’t see your required material listed here, please contact us to confirm.
Common 3D file formats include STEP, IGES, and STP. Common 2D file formats include PDF and DWG.
Sample orders are usually ready in 3–7 working days. Mass production typically takes 7–20 working days, depending on the product design, quantity, material availability, surface treatment and machining process. If you have an urgent timeline, we can discuss flexible scheduling.
Yes. We work with long-term freight forwarder partners who can arrange express, air, sea, or land transport based on your needs. We’ll recommend the most suitable shipping method for your order and timeline, and we can offer competitive shipping rates through our network.
Yes. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your drawings, designs, and any project information you share with us. We take confidentiality seriously — we have worked with Japanese clients for many years under NDA terms, and we handle all files and communications securely.
We accept T/T bank transfers. In most countries, we can provide a local bank account to make payment easier and help you save on transfer fees.
