Why Work With Us

CNC production progress update shared with customers

We keep you updated

Progress reports, along the way.

Once your order begins, we stay in touch.
You’ll get regular updates so you always know how production is moving and if we’re on track with your schedule.

We only promise what we can do

Every commitment is carefully considered.

We don’t say yes just to win the order.
We take the time to review each request and only commit when we’re confident we can deliver. That’s how trust is built — and kept.

Challenges We’ve Solved

Micro-hole challenge: Why multiple suppliers couldn’t deliver

Application: medical device

Project Background:

What seemed like a simple request turned out to be a real challenge. The customer needed a titanium alloy sheet (18.1 × 24 × 0.2mm) with a central 0.05mm micro-hole — thinner than a human hair — and a strict tolerance of ±0.01mm. For over six months, they tried several suppliers, but none could meet the requirements due to positioning errors, poor roundness, or excessive burrs.

Key Technical Challenges:

  • Achieving a 0.05mm hole with ±0.01mm precision.
  • Titanium heats up quickly, dissipates heat poorly, and has high adhesion—making drills prone to sticking during processing

Our Solution:

  • Applied CNC micro-drilling with a high-speed spindle (60,000 rpm).
  • Exercised strict control over each contact moment during drilling
  • Performed the drilling in multiple steps
  • Carefully controlled the cutting depth for each pass

1.6m Stainless Steel Guide Rail with Deformation Control

Application: Machinery equipment guide rail

Project Background:

  • The customer required a 1.6m × 50mm × 20mm 316 stainless steel guide rail for industrial machinery, with strict requirements on straightness.

Key Technical Challenges:

  • The part is prone to severe deformation (over 50mm) during regular processing due to its length and material properties.

Our Solution:

  • Applied annealing and heat treatment before fine finishing
  • Performed final machining after stabilization
  • Used precision straightening to correct deformation at each stage
  • Achieved final deformation control within ±0.5mm

Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t set a minimum order quantity. Whether you need just one piece or a small batch, we can arrange it. The unit price for very small runs is usually higher because material loss, setup time, and programming are similar regardless of quantity, while mass production spreads these costs over more pieces.

For most parts, we provide a quote within 8–24 hours after receiving your drawings and requirements. If the design is complex or requires special processes, it may take a bit longer so we can confirm the best production method and accurate costs. If the process is beyond our machining capability, we’ll let you know right away.

Yes. If you have a physical sample, we can measure it or use 3D scanning to build the 3D model needed for programming. A 2D drawing is fine for quoting, but it’s usually not enough to start production because some details, such as depth or hidden features, are not shown in 2D. If needed, we can help create a 3D model from your 2D drawing or sample.

Yes. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your drawings, designs, and any project information you share with us. We take confidentiality seriously — we have worked with Japanese clients for many years under NDA terms, and we handle all files and communications securely.

Sample orders are usually ready in 3–7 working days. Mass production typically takes 7–20 working days, depending on the product design, quantity, material availability, surface treatment and machining process. If you have an urgent timeline, we can discuss flexible scheduling.
